FAQs and Conditions

So we’re all on the same page.
What's a small task?
A small task is one that would take less than 30 minutes to complete on your website. This might be uploading some new images, re-ordering a gallery, changing your logo or minor text changes.

If a task will exceed the small task time allowance, we will always check with the client first and provide a quote before proceeding.

What's new content?
New content is the creation of new content for your website. This might be a blog post, a new page, a new product, a photo gallery or other content type.

We ensure that the new content job is created in a search engine friendly manner.

Please note that this does not include research on specific topics relating to your business, you will need to provide the actual words and images for us to write from.

We can source a maximum of 1 stock image per content creation task.

What's the turnaround time for small tasks?
Typically small tasks are completed either the day we receive your request, or within 24-48 hours worst case. If a task is urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is the discounted hourly rate?
Our standard hourly rate is $120 + GST per hour.

All WordPress maintenance plan members get a generous 25% discount on this hourly rate to $90 + GST.

Is unlimited really unlimited?
Unlimited refers to the number of tasks or content creation we will complete for you, however there are reasonable use restrictions here.

1. You can send us a maximum of 5 tasks and content creation per week (e.g 2 content, 3 tasks)
2. Each time you revise a task, that counts as one task (this is to protect us from endless revisions)
3. Tasks that require back end web development are not included and will be quoted separately.
4. Content creation refers to the upload of content you have created/provided to us.
